The setting draws from the works of Jules Verne and mythos such as the Thule Society.

Beneath the surface world lies a subterranean refuge from mankind and technology. Through the ages, brave adventurers from the world's great civilizations have stumbled upon this unspoiled underground mystery.

The Lost World is an introductory adventure I wrote for Gencon Indy. Writing and running the adventure was a great deal of fun for me and, hopefully, for the players as well.

If you enjoy the pulp genre, I highly recommend you give the game system a try.

Lucidity

Lucidity is a comic script I wrote a few years ago. It sums up my expectations of death.

I wrote the script as part of a contest Marvel was holding. While I didn't win the chance to publish the title, I did get three meetings with Bill Jemas (then editor at Marvel). He was intrigued by the comic and my style. We talked a few times about doing a project for (what would become) AOL comics. However, nothing came of it. My day-job took too much of my idle time.

Anyway, I hope you enjoy.

Are You Ready?

I heard a great question back in 1999 on the eve of Y2K. The question was:

Whatever you think is going to happen, are you prepared to be wrong?

That seemed to me to be a great philosophy. One never knows what lies beyond the horizon. With the advent of H1N1, avian flu, retro-viral experimentation, and the like, the possibility of the great zombie apocalypse grows steadily.

In that spirit, and with a bit of tongue in cheek, I've assembled the zombie attack emergency kit. It contains such essential elements as the machete, first aid kid, survival manual, and training doll to tech the young ones.

The only thing I lack is the, all-essential, shotgun. Just remember, save the last bullet for yourself...
